The feature your team already loves

“Grab two.”
Keep call handoffs simple.

You know the routine: put a caller on hold, tell a co-worker which button to press, and let them pick up the call. That familiar workflow is a big reason businesses love their Nortel phones.

Nortel Voice brings shared hold to your cloud phone experience. Your team can hand off calls using configured shared-hold buttons, without relying on complicated transfers or memorized park codes.

More than plugging in a phone

A phone system that fits your office.

Making and receiving calls is only the beginning. How your team answers, holds and hands off those calls matters just as much.

01 / FAMILIAR

Call handling comes first.

We use telephone-system experience and configuration tools to create a cloud experience that works more like the line system your staff already knows.

02 / PRACTICAL

Less time learning. More time helping.

Familiar shared-hold buttons and call routing designed around your office can help staff spend less time managing the phone and more time serving customers.

03 / SUPPORTED

US-based support.

Get help from a support team that understands your setup. Installation services are also available on a service-call basis, so you can discuss hands-on help before upgrading.

Looking for a new Nortel phone?

Nortel Voice is an upgrade path for a new office phone, built around the familiar call handling Nortel users value. It is a modern replacement option, rather than newly manufactured Nortel Networks equipment. Call 877-889-7679 for more information.

Can a cloud phone system work more like my Nortel?

Yes. Nortel Voice is configured to provide familiar call handling, including shared hold, for businesses moving from a Nortel multi-line system. We review your workflow so the setup matches how your staff uses the phones.

What is a Cloud PBX phone system?

A Cloud PBX provides business phone-system functions through a hosted service rather than an on-site PBX. The available call-handling experience depends on the service and configuration. Nortel Voice focuses on familiar shared hold and practical office call routing.

Can I keep my business phone number?

We coordinate the transfer of eligible business phone numbers. We will confirm number portability, the required account information and changeover timing before proceeding.

Are Nortel phone systems still manufactured?

Nortel Networks phone systems are no longer manufactured. Businesses considering a replacement can discuss Nortel Voice for cloud service or an Avaya 500LN for a traditional multi-line approach.

Is installation available?

Yes. Installation services are available on a service-call basis. Call us to discuss your location, existing setup and the work needed.

What costs are additional to monthly service?

Phone hardware, standard E911 charges, carrier fees, and applicable local and federal taxes are additional. Installation is quoted when requested. A $100 software license cost applies after the first year; confirm its timing and the complete terms when requesting your quote.
